ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ МЕТОДУ ЕКСПЕРТНИХ ОЦІНОК ДЛЯ ПЛАНУВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ОЛЕКСАНДРІЙСЬКОЇ ТЕРИТОРІАЛЬНОЇ ГРОМАДИ

Розглядаються особливості застосування методу експертних оцінок для розроблення стратегії розвитку Олександрійської територіальної громади Кіровоградської області. Залучені експерти на основі аналізу соціально-економічного стану Олександрійської громади оцінили її характеристики за 5-ти бальною шкалою. На підставі аналізу можливостей і сильних сторін встановлено та оцінено порівняльні переваги цієї громади, можливостей і слабких сторін – виклики, загроз і слабких сторін – ризики, а також заходи стримування загроз за рахунок використання сильних сторін. Визначено інтегральні оцінки значимості можливих напрямків розвитку громади.Посилання
