ЛЮДИНОЦЕНТРИЧНА МОДЕЛЬ КРЕАТИВНО-ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ЕКОСИСТЕМИ БУДІВЕЛЬНОЇ ГАЛУЗІ: КОНЦЕПЦІЯ, ПРИНЦИПИ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ

Досліджено концепцію людиноцентричної креативно-інноваційної екосистеми будівельної галузі як стратегічного напряму її сталого розвитку. Визначено ключові принципи цієї моделі, серед яких пріоритетність людського капіталу, інноваційність, екологічна відповідальність та цифрова трансформація. Проаналізовано сучасні тенденції у сфері будівництва та світовий досвід впровадження людиноцентричних підходів. Окреслено проблеми, що залишаються невирішеними, зокрема недостатня інтеграція цифрових технологій та відсутність комплексної нормативно-правової бази. Запропоновано рекомендації щодо розробки механізмів впровадження людиноцентричної моделі в будівельній галузі України для підвищення її конкурентоспроможності та забезпечення сталого розвитку.
