ПРОЕКТУВАННЯ РЕКРЕАЦІЙНИХ БУДІВЕЛЬ ТА СЕРЕДОВИЩА ДЛЯ ЛЮДЕЙ ЛІТНЬОГО ВІКУ

Розглянуто основні принципи та підходи до проектування рекреаційних будівель та середовища для людей похилого віку. Оскільки старіння населення є актуальною проблемою в багатьох країнах, включаючи Україну, важливим аспектом є створення комфортних, безпечних та доступних умов для життя, відпочинку та соціалізації цієї категорії населення. Визначено ключові потреби людей похилого віку, такі як фізична доступність, безпека, комфорт, медичне обслуговування та можливості для соціальної активності. Окремо розглянуто архітектурні та конструктивні рішення, що забезпечують безбар'єрність і функціональність, а також екологічні та енергоефективні підходи у проектуванні. В той же час звертається увага на універсальність будівель і середовища і для людей нормального фізичного стану. По аналогії з поняттям універсальний дизайн запропоновано поняття і терміни універсальна архітектура і універсальне архітектурне середовище. У висновку підкреслюється важливість створення таких об'єктів для поліпшення якості життя людей похилого віку та забезпечення їхнього благополуччя в умовах старіння населення.
