Розглядається вплив архітектури та публічного простору на розвиток сільських поселень в контексті децентралізації в Україні. Аналізується історичний контекст і сучасні виклики, з якими стикаються села, а також необхідність впровадження універсального підходу, що включає метод ретроспективного вивчення функціонально-планувального розвитку сільських поселень для забезпечення сталого розвитку.
