Для стратегічного планування розвитку Олександрійської міської територіальної громади Олександрійського району Кіровоградської області застосований SWOT-аналіз. З урахуванням нових викликів воєнного стану встановлено її характеристики: слабкі та сильні сторони Олександрійської громади, зовнішні можливості для розвитку та існуючі загрози. З попарних комбінацій цих характеристик сформовано можливі напрямки розвитку цієї громади. Розроблено найбільш очікувані сценарії розвитку громади.
