ПРИНЦИПИ ФОРМУВАННЯ АНСАМБЛЕВОІ ЗАБУДОВИ У СЕЛИЩНИХ ГРОМАДСЬКИХ ЦЕНТРАХ

Аналізуються сучасні підходи до формування ансамблевої забудови громадських центрів сіл, з акцентом на інтеграцію історичних структур та перспективи їх реконструкції. Автори досліджують важливість гармонізації життєвого середовища, підкреслюючи роль ансамблевої забудови у підвищенні комфорту та естетичної привабливості населених пунктів. Розглядаються основні принципи ансамблевої забудови як сучасні засади комплексного формування громадських просторів, а також визначаються напрямки реконструкції існуючих об'єктів. Стаття пропонує правила для створення нового будівництва та реконструкції, спрямовані на формування гармонійного та естетично привабливого середовища проживання. Крім того, проведено аналіз історичної ситуації, що вплинула на принципи архітектурно- планувальної організації ансамблевої забудови, що дозволяє глибше зрозуміти контекст сучасних змін у сільському середовищі. Ця робота є цінним внеском у дослідження архітектури та містобудування, сприяючи розвитку нових ідей для покращення сільських територій.
