Розглянуто просторово - планувальне рішення, композиційну структуру та стилістичні особливості будинку по вул. Театральній, 7 (Ф. П. Сергєєва) в м. Кропивницький. Досліджено символіку та риси архітектурного декору фасаду, що є спорідненим з декоруванням фасадів будинку В. Паученка по вул. арх. Я. Паученка, 89 в м. Кропивницький та будинку Б.Я. Купермана на розі вул. В. Вішневського та просп. Чкаловського в м. С. – Петербург.
