ПАРАДИГМА ФРАКТАЛЬНІСТІ МІСЬКОГО ПРОСТОРОВОГО РОЗВИТКУ В УМОВАХ КРИЗОВИХ СИТУАЦІЙ

Методологія просторового розвитку міст, урбанізованих територій на протязі певного історичного часу має об’єктивні причини змінюватись і вона змінюється. Під впливом викликів геополітичного, демографічного, соціального, економічного, екологічного змісту, які набувають характеристики кризових ситуацій, здійснюється формулювання нового змісту методології просторового планування. Такі процеси формулювання змісту нової методології відбулись на початку ХХ ст.. під впливом промислової революції, такі процеси відбуваються у теперішній час, в епоху постіндустріальної економіки і цифрової трансформації суспільства (четвертої промислової революції). Характерної рисою сучасної ситуації, це відсутність інкрементального характеру змін, вони набули рис нелінійних процесів, що в свою чергу вимагає експоненціальної організації досліджень в урбаністиці. В свою чергу містобудівна документація повинна бути адаптивною до цих змін. Розкрито зміст фрактального урбанізму на прикладі містобудівного кластеру.
